Key Duties:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  3. Develop effective account plans and strategies by analyzing client data, market trends, and competition.
  4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, and manage contract renewals to retain clients.
  5. Address client issues and concerns promptly, liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  6. Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and effectively manage client accounts.
